END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Cedar Valley Exteriors Inc (“Company”, “we”, “us”), and authorized users of the Company’s internal QuickBooks Online integration (“Application”).
By using the Application, you agree to the following terms:
1. Internal Use Only
This Application is provided solely for internal business use by employees, contractors, and authorized personnel of Cedar Valley Exteriors Inc. It is not intended for public distribution or commercial resale.
2. Limited License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for internal business reporting and data access connected to QuickBooks Online.
3. Data Access and Use
The Application retrieves accounting or financial data from QuickBooks Online. All use of this data must comply with Company policies, Intuit Terms of Service, and applicable laws.
4. Restrictions
You may not:

modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application

use the Application outside authorized Company purposes

share access credentials with unauthorized individuals

attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security mechanisms
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Cedar Valley Exteriors Inc makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cedar Valley Exteriors Inc be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application, including loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.
7. Termination
The Company may suspend, modify, or revoke access to the Application at any time for any reason.
8. Updates to This Agreement
The Company may update this EULA periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
